Fruits & Veggie Kabobs

Ingredients
  Mixed fruits 2 Cup (32 tbs), bite size pieces
  Mixed vegetables 2 Cup (32 tbs), bite size pieces
  Salad dressing 3 Tablespoon (as required)
  Olive oil 1 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Tuscan-rub 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a skewer, thread fruits and vegetables as per your choice, leaving some space between them, so that they cook evenly.
2. With a brush, apply salad dressing on it.
3. Drizzle olive oil and vinegar. Sprinkle salt and Tuscan-rub. Place it on grill and cook until done.

SERVING
4. Serve kabobs with hot cheddar dip.
