Spinach Cheese Puff

  Day old bread slice 12
  Shredded cheddar cheese 16 Ounce
  Frozen chopped spinach 10 Ounce
  Sliced mushrooms 4 1⁄2 Ounce
  Eggs 4
  Milk 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Grated onion 1 Tablespoon
  Prepared mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Seasoned salt To Taste
  Red pepper 1 Dash

Trim crusts from bread.
Arrange 6 bread slices in a greased 13- x 9- x 2-inch baking dish; sprinkle cheese over bread.
Drain spinach, and squeeze tore move excess liquid.
Arrange spinach and mushrooms over cheese; place 6 remaining bread slices on top.
Combine remaining ingredients; beat well, and pour over casserole.
Cover; chill several hours or overnight.
Uncover and bake at 325° for 1 hour.
Serve immediately.
