Ingredients
  Plain yogurt 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Egg yolks 3
  Dijon mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1 Pinch
  Hot pepper sauce 1 Dash
Directions

In top of double boiler over simmering water, whisk together yogurt, lemon juice, egg yolks, mustard, salt, pepper and hot pepper sauce; cook, stirring constantly, for 8 to 12 minutes or until sauce is thickened and coats back of wooden spoon.
Taste and adjust seasoning.
