Sweet Potato Pone

Ingredients
  Sweet potatoes 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs), uncooked (grated)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Orange rind 1 Tablespoon, grated
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Nutmeg 1 Teaspoon
  Butter 2 Tablespoon, melted
  Nuts 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

Blend all ingredients together; place in greased casserole.
Top with additional butter.
Bake in 350-degree oven for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
