Stirred not Fried Vegetables

Ingredients
  Faux shoyu 1 Cup (16 tbs) (soy sauce)
  Freshly squeezed orange juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Rice vinegar/Apple cider vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Honey/Agave nectar 4 Tablespoon
  Cayenne pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Broccoli florets 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Thinly sliced portobello mushrooms 2 Large
  Thinly sliced yellow bell pepper 1 Large
  Diced scallions 4 Large
  Sesame seeds 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a blender, place the shoyu,orange juice, rice vinegar,honey, cayenne pepper, garlic and black pepper. Blend to a fine paste.
2. In a bowl, take the broccoli, mushrooms,peppers and scallions. Drizzle the blended sauce.
3. Cover it and let it stand for 3 hours or place it in the dehydrator for 3 hours at 125 degrees.

SERVING
4. Sprinkle sesame seeds and serve.
