Roasted Vegetables With Stacey Hawkins

Ingredients
  Baby beets 1 Pound
  Baby turnips 1 Pound
  Sweet potatoes 1 Pound
  Olive oil 1 Pound
  Sea salt 1 Teaspoon (or to taste)
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon (or to taste)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to temperature of 375 degrees.
2) Clean and chop all the vegetables (cut into 1/2-inch cubes).

MAKING
3) Put all the vegetables in a baking dish.
4) Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
5) Toss well to coat all the vegetables.
6) Roast in the preheated oven for 30 minutes till the vegetables are cooked and soft, but not brown.

SERVING
7) Serve the vegetables while they are still hot.
