Oven-Fried Garlic-Potatoes

Ingredients
  Potatoes 4 Medium
  Cooking oil 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic salt To Taste
  Parsley flakes 10 Gram
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Dip potatoes in oil;sprinkle lightly with salt, pepper, garlic salt and parsley.
Place in foil-lined pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, or until browned.
