Glazed Sweet Potatoes
|Canned sweet potatoes||2 Pound|
|Orange gelatin||6 Ounce|
|Light brown sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Drain sweet potatoes.
Dissolve gelatin, brown sugar and salt in 2 cups boiling water in skillet.
Add butter; bring to a full boil, stirring constantly.
Add sweet potatoes; cook over medium heat for 15 minutes, basting frequently, until syrup is thick and glossy.
