Finding the right snack when I am craving something tasty and healthy is nearly impossible. So I created this recipe to appease my tedious cravings. It most surely did the trick. A must try recipe if you like edamame. Thank goodness edamame is healthy! I am addicted to this recipe. It's much too easy to make. And the sweet, spicy garlicky....slightly tart flavor is perfect beyond words. Until next time...
2 Medium, crushed
Soy bean pods
2 Cup (32 tbs)
1) In a saute pan, heat oil and add garlic, slightly brown it.
2) Add edamame and saute it.
3) Stir in soy sauce, sriracha sauce, brown sugar and lemon juice.
4) Let the sauce coat the beans and trun off the heat.
