Simple Side Dish: Broccolini

A simple and delicious recipe to go with your mains.
Ingredients
  Olive oil 2 Teaspoon
  Broccolini 2 Bunch (200 gm), washed
  Garlic 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Red pepper flake 1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Salt and pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. In a pan, heat olive oil. Add broccolini, crushed garlic and crushed red pepper.
2. Pour 1/4 cup water, cover and let it steam for about 5 minutes. Add lemon juice, salt & pepper to taste.

SERVING
3. In a serving plate, serve it hot with choice of a main dish or enjoy as it is.
