MAKING
Making garlic mayonnaise
1) Take a cup of mayonnaise and add 3 tablespoons of garlic paste. Add little kosher salt and pepper powder. Pour 1/3 -2/4 cup of vinegar. Mix them well.

2) Take 4 salmon pieces and sprinkle Cajun spice.
3) Sprinkle paprika, cayenne, onion-salt garlic powder.
4) Heat a pan and add little oil. Put the salmon pieces in oil and fry them to make golden brown.
5) Take the mini backyard bread and slice it. Cut into pieces.
6) Apply garlic mayonnaise on the bread.
7) Place a piece of salmon the bread and some herbs as well.
8) Add avocado pieces on the bread.
9) Cover it with another piece of bread.

10) Take a huge Spanish onion and cut into rings
11) Fry these onion rings in little olive oil.
12) Add a clove of garlic and little salt.
13) Caramelize the onion.
