Now this is the type of meal that would not make you miss meat at all! Barry makes a great vegetarian twist on burgers with some sweet potato fries. These bean burgers are often more delicious than the meat variety and are definitely more healthy. They are thick and hearty, perfectly spiced, and not dry at all. The sweet potato fries are baked crispy perfection! An added bonus, these can be made in advance.
