Sweet Potato and Prune Tzimmes

Ingredients
  Prunes 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Boiling water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Fat 2 Tablespoon
  Brisket 3 Pound
  Onions 2 , diced
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sweet potatoes 3 , peeled and quartered
  Honey 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cloves 2
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Wash prunes. Soak it in boiling water for 30 minutes.
2. Chop beef in 6 to 8 pieces.

MAKING
3. In a Dutch oven, melt fat.
4. Add beef and onions. Brown it.
5. Add salt and pepper.
6. Cover and cook over low flame for one hour.
7. Add prunes with water, sweet potatoes, honey, cloves and cinnamon.
8. Cover with lid loosely and cook over a low flame.

SERVING
9. Serve Sweet Potato And Prune Tzimmes immediately.
