Baked Potato with Yogurt Topping

Ingredients
  Plain non-fat yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Toasted sesame seeds 1 Tablespoon
  Dill weed To Taste
  Dijon mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped green onions/Chopped chives 2 Tablespoon
  Baked potatoes 4
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a bowl and combine all ingredients in it except the potatoes. Blend nicely.

SERVING
2) Put enough topping on each potato and serve immediately.
