Easy Appetizer Cut Outs

Ingredients
  White bread slices/Wheat/ sourdough/rye bread slices 15
  Cream cheese 3 Ounce (1 Package)
  Sour cream 1 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sliced green onions/Pimiento slices / parsley sprigs /dill sprigs / chopped fresh dill / chutney / capers / small pickle slices / jalapeno slices / raw onion rings 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (For Garnish)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 425 F

MAKING
2) Using cookie cutters, cut different shapes of the bread slices
3) Keep aside the trimmings to make breadcrumbs
4) Onto a greased baking sheet place the cut out bread shapes
5) Bake for 5 minutes till lightly toasted
6) Place onto a wire rack to cool
7) Into a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, salt and beat till smooth
8) Spoon the mixture onto the bread shapes
9)Top the bread shapes with choice of topping and choice of garnish
10) Place them onto a platter, cling wrap and place in the refrigerator to chill for 2 hours

SERVING
11) Serve at room temperature
