  Sunflower oil 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 , peeled, and finely chopped
  Leeks 8 Ounce, cleaned and chopped (225 Gram)
  Swede 8 Ounce, peeled and chopped (225 Gram)
  Chopped broccoli/Kale 8 Ounce (225 Gram)
  Dried chestnuts 4 Ounce (125 Gram)
  Dried thyme 1 Teaspoon
  Bay leaf 1
  Canned tomatoes 14 Ounce (1 Tin)
  Tomato puree 1 Tablespoon
  Onion stock 10 Fluid Ounce (300 Milliliter)
  Shoyu 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Black pepper To Taste

1. In a saucepan, heat the oil, and fry the onion for about 3 minutes at low heat and stir in vegetables.
2. Cook the vegetables for 5 minutes at low heat and then stir in the remaining ingredients and cook at low heat for about 45-60 minutes. (If using cooker then pressure cook the mixture for 15 minutes).
3. Allow the mixture to cool and season it for taste.

4. Serve the winter warmer with malty sweet ale.
