Sweet Potato Pie

  9 inch unbaked whole wheat pie crust 1
  Boiled sweet potatoes 3 Pound (Till Soft)
  Soy milk/Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 3 , beaten
  Maple syrup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Ground cloves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Allspice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Start by preheating the oven to 450 degrees F

MAKING
2. Take a food processor, and blend sweet potatoes (don't peel them) along with the remaining ingredients, blend till the batter is smooth
3. Now pour the mixture into unbaked crust and place pie in the oven, bake for 10 minutes at 450 degrees, then reduce to 350 degrees and continue to bake for 45 minutes more
4. Place the pie on a rack, once it's baked, and let it cool before cutting

SERVING
5. Serve plain or with a whipped topping
