Chinese Stir Fried Vegetables
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Frozen pea pods||6 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Sliced fresh mushrooms||1⁄4 Pound|
|Bean sprouts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sesame seeds||2 Teaspoon (For Garnishing)|
1. In a glass casserole, take butter and soy sauce. Microwave on high for 1 1/2-2 minutes.
2. Add pea pods, mushrooms and bean sprouts. Toss it.
3. Microwave on high for 5-6 minutes. Remember to stir it after 2 ½ to 3 minutes after cooking.
4. Serve Chinese Stir Fried Vegetables after sprinkling it with sesame seeds.
