Green Beans And Braised Celery

Ingredients
  Fresh green beans 2 Pound
  Water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Celery hearts 1 Bunch (100 gm)
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chicken broth 5 Tablespoon
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Canned pimentos 4 Ounce, drained and diced (1 Jar)
Directions

GEETING READY1) Under running water wash the bean and then cut off the end the ends
2) Boil about 4 cups of water into a Dutch oven
3) Place the beans and cook without a lid for about 10 minutes till tender
4) Into a colander drain them and keep aside
5) Using a knife, slice the celery into 5inch long pieces
6)Into a skillet, melt some butter and add the broth and bring to a simmer
7) Tip in the celery, salt, pepper and cook for an additional 5 minutes
8) Into the skillet, add in butter and saute the bean, lemon juice and salt and pepper

serving
9) Onto a serving platter, arrange the beans and then place the celery and garnish with pimento
