Sugared Buttered Parsnips
|Demerara sugar||To Taste (As Required)|
1) Peel the parsnips, rinse and dice into large pieces.
2) In a pan, boil or steam the parsnips, until tender and drain thoroughly.
3) In the same pan, melt the butter.
4) Then add the parsnips and toss lightly until thoroughly coated.
5) Sprinkle evenly with sugar on top.
6) Serve the Sugared Buttered Parsnips immediately.
