Ingredients
  Vegetables 2 Pound, cleaned and cut up
  Turmeric 2 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1⁄2 Ounce
  Garlic 1⁄2 Ounce
  Green chillies 4
  Lemon juice To Taste
  Ghee 1 1⁄2 Ounce
  Water 1⁄4 Pint
Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan, heat ghee and saute ginger, garlic, green chillies and turmeric.
2) Stir in the vegetables and salt, and mix well.
3) Put the tightly fitting lid on.
4) Simmer, shake the pan at regular intervals to avoid burning.
5) Stream in water if needed.

SERVING
6) Serve hot with roti or rice as desired.

TIPS
It can be eaten dry or with gravy.
