Sweet Potatoes Supreme

Ingredients
  Sweet potatoes/4 cups, cooked and mashed sweet potatoes 2 Large
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
For topping
  Brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Margarine/Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1 Stick)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Evaporated milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Margarine/Butter 4 Tablespoon
  Flour 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Pecans 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Salt To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1)Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

MAKING
2)Combine all the ingredients for the sweet potato mixture and pour into a greased baking dish.
3) Take a bowl, mix all the topping ingredients and blend well, and pour over the sweet potatoes.
4)Bake upto 40 minutes or till topping bubbles and is light brown.

SERVING
5)Serve immediately
