Carrot Celery Medley

Ingredients
  Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced
  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
  Green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Dill weed 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1 In a heavy frying pan, melt margarine.
2 Add in the carrots, celery, and green pepper.
3 Simmer, covered over moderate heat for about 7 minutes.
4 Season well with salt and pepper.
5 Add in a dash of dillweed.
6 Cook, for about 5 minutes over low heat until vegetables are just tender.

SERVING
7 Serve hot.
