Ingredients
  Zucchini 2 Tablespoon, finely grated
  Alfalfa sprouts 1 Tablespoon
  Carrots 2 Tablespoon, finely grated
Directions

MAKING
1.Combine zucchini with sprouts and carrots and run in blender.

SERVING
2.Serve as it is or topped with yogurt.
