Steamed Opakapaka With Vegetables

Ingredients
  Opakapaka/Red snapper fillets 2 Pound
  Fresh ginger root 1 Teaspoon, minced
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Chinese cabbage 2 Cup (32 tbs), shredded (Won Bok)
  Green onions with tops 4 , sliced
  Tomato 1 , sliced
  Watercress 1⁄2 Bunch (50 gm), chopped
  Sesame oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Soy sauce 4 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. Place fillets on a steamer rack and sprinkle with salt, minced ginger and minced garlic
2. Place over simmering water and cover
3. Steam for 15-20 minutes until cooked

SERVING
4. To serve, arrange one cup of chinese cabbage on a platter and place fish on top
5. Arrange remaining cabbage, onions, tomato and watercress on fish
6. Heat sesame oil until very hot and add soy sauce and immediately pour over fish and vegetable
7. Can be served with a sauce of your choice
