Vegetable Ribbon Salad

Ingredients
  Lemon gelatin 27 Ounce (9 Packages Of 3 Ounce Each)
  Boiling water 2 Quart
  Cold water 1 3⁄4 Quart
  Vinegar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Salt 2 Tablespoon
  Cabbage 1 1⁄2 Quart, finely chopped
  Carrots 1 1⁄2 Quart, grated
  Raw spinach 1 1⁄2 Quart, finely chopped
  Green onions 3 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Crispy lettuce 4 Ounce
Directions

MAKING
1. Mix gelatin in boiling water.
2. Add vinegar, salt and cold water.
3. Divide the mixture into 3 parts.
4. Refrigerate and let it chill till the ingredients thicken.
5. Add cabbage to one part ( first part)
6. Turn into 6 loaf pans and chill till they turn firm.
7. Add carrots to the other part.
8. Pour gelatin on the firm cabbage layers.
9. Chill to firmness.
10. Add onion and spinach to the third part of gelatin. Pour this on the carrot layers.
11. Chill until ready to serve.

FINALIZING
12. Unmold and cut the loaf. Make 8 slices.

SERVING
13. Serve vegetable ribbon salad with crisp lettuce.
