Blackfish With Spinach Mushroom Stuffing

Ingredients
  Blackfish/Bass / flounder 5 Pound, dressed
  Frozen spinach 5 Ounce, chopped, defrosted and drained (1/2 Package)
  Fresh mushrooms 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven at 400° F
2. Cut off the head and tail of the fish

MAKING
3. Line a shallow baking dish with foil then grease foil
4. Rinse the fish and then pat dry and sprinkle cavity with salt and pepper, also put spinach in cavity and spread with mushrooms
5. Secure fish closed with toothpicks
6. Mix together butter and lemon juice and pour over fish
7. Using a ruler, measure thickest part of fish then cook fish 10 minutes per inch of thickness
8.Bake at 400° F
9. Baste with pan juices when half cooking time is over

SERVING
10. Can be served with a sauce of your choice
TIPS
This fish does not separate into the "flakes" that most of the others do
