Quick Broiler Meal
|Canned sweet potatoes||20 Ounce, drained (1 Can Of 1 Pound And 4 Ounce)|
|Canned ham||24 Ounce, chopped (2 Cans Of 12 Ounce Each)|
|Canned pineapple||19 Ounce, sliced and drained (1 Can Of 1 Pound And 3 Ounce)|
|French dressing/Bacon fat||4 Tablespoon|
|Brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
1 Split sweet potatoes lengthwise.
2 Place them in broiler pan.
3 Brush generously with syrup from pineapple.
4 On the broiler rack, arrange the serving-size pieces of meat and pineapple slices.
5 Brush both with French dressing or bacon fat.
6 Sprinkle brown sugar over pineapple.
7 Put the broiler rack in pan and slide into broiler about 3" below heat.
8 Broil for 10 to 15 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
9 Serve at once.
