Ingredients
  Parsnip 2 Ounce (225 Gram)
  Ground mixed nuts 2 Ounce (55 Grams)
  Vegetable oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)
  Salt To Taste (A Good Pinch)
  Wholemeal breadcrumbs 1 Ounce (30 Gram)
  Dried herbs 2 Pinch (Good Pinch)
Directions

MAKING
1. Pound all together with a little oil until the mixture can be formed into shapes.

SERVING
2. These can be served with salad without cooking or, if preferred, dipped in a coating batter and lightly fried.

TIPS
Nuts can usually be bought ready ground from a health food shop or good grocer.
However, they will be fresher and cost less if they can be ground at home.
An electric blender will do this very well.
