|Vegetable oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)|

|Wholemeal breadcrumbs||1 Ounce (30 Gram)|
|Dried herbs||2 Pinch (Good Pinch)|
1. Pound all together with a little oil until the mixture can be formed into shapes.
2. These can be served with salad without cooking or, if preferred, dipped in a coating batter and lightly fried.
Nuts can usually be bought ready ground from a health food shop or good grocer.
However, they will be fresher and cost less if they can be ground at home.
An electric blender will do this very well.
