  Mashed sweet potatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Melted butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped cooked pork 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Peas 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Pork gravy 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1⁄8 Teaspoon

To the mashed sweet potatoes add enough milk to make mixture smooth and easy to shape.
Divide in flour mounds on a baking sheet.
Make a well in the center of each mound with the back of a spoon.
Brush with melted butter.
Combine remaining ingredients in a baking dish.
Place pork mixture and sweet potato mounds in a moderate oven (350°F.) 15 to 20 minutes.
Spoon pork into sweet potato nest and serve at once.
