Sautéed Dandelions

  Pepper To Taste
  Dandelion greens 2 Pound
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), chopped
Directions

MAKING
1) Chop the greens.
2) In a saucepan, add oil and heat.
3) Add in the garlic and heat.
4) Add in the greens, salt, and pepper.
5) Cook for 12 minutes, till the greens turn tender.

SERVING
6) Serve immediately.
