The Hippy Gourmet Makes Wilted Greens and Veggies

Taken from Episode #111 of The Hippy Gourmet TV Show - Bruce Brennan, (aka The Hippy Gourmet), prepares a simple and delicious blend of organic greens and veggies, with a couple of wonderful twists!
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1
  Garlic cloves 10
  Tomato 1
  Spinach 200 Gram
  Romain lettuce 200 Gram
  Ginger 1 Tablespoon, grated
  Basil leaves 5

1. Finely chop tomato, onion, garlic and basil.
2. Roughly chop spinach and romaine lettuce.
3. Finely grate the ginger.

4. In a non-stick pan, add olive oil and saute the chopped onions and garlic for a 2 minutes.
5. Add the tomatoes and stir to mix. Add spinach, romaine lettuce into the pan(do not mix), cover and cook for 7 minutes. Stir to mix.

6. Top with grated ginger and basil leaves and serve.
