1)In a bowl, make batter with flour, pinch of salt, egg and chicken stock.
2)Cut off tips of cucumbers and dip into batter.
3)In a pan, heat fat and deep fry cucumbers until crisp and golden.
4)Serve hot with sour cream and a sprinkle of fresh dill or parsley.
