Batter-Fried Cucumbers

Batter fried cucumbers are very nice idea to serve as a snack or starter. Serve it with a dip or sauce of your choice and it will impress your family and friends too much. Try simple, easy and quick snack of batter fried cucumbers.
Ingredients
  All-purpose flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Chicken stock 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cucumbers 12 Small
  Fat 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Deep Frying)
Directions

MAKING
1)In a bowl, make batter with flour, pinch of salt, egg and chicken stock.
2)Cut off tips of cucumbers and dip into batter.
3)In a pan, heat fat and deep fry cucumbers until crisp and golden.

SERVING
4)Serve hot with sour cream and a sprinkle of fresh dill or parsley.
