Baked Stuffed Cucumbers
|Salmon||1 Cup (16 tbs), baked|
|White sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Celery||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), chopped|
|Parsley||1 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Green pepper||1 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Onion||1 Tablespoon, chopped|
1)Pare cucumbers and slice half lengthwise.
2)Remove seeds and pulp, discard.
3) Take a saucepan and boil cucumbers with some salted water for 5 minutes. Drain.
4)In a bowl, mix together salmon, white sauce, celery, parsley, green pepper and onion.
5)Fill cucumber cavities with mixture.
6)Take greased shallow baking dish and arrange cucumbers.
7)Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
8) Serve baked stuffed cucumber immediately.
