This is a nice healthy snack dish. Full of vegetables, it is served with a yummy dip. If you are looking for food that can help you monitor your weight, this is the one for you.
Ingredients
  Bread slices 2
  Cucumber 1⁄2
  Celery 1⁄2 , sliced
  Carrot 1 , sliced
  Radish 1 , sliced
  Tomato 1 , sliced
  Skewered capicola 50 Gram
  Crackers 50 Gram
  Cheddar cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sliced
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Arrange cucumber slices on a plate.
2. Add celery, carrot, radish, bread, tomato, skewered capicola, crackers, cheddar cheese, and your dressing to the plate.
3. Sprinkle with parsley.
4. Enjoy!
