|Fresh bread crumbs||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||1 Teaspoon|
Put butter in a saucepan.
Add onion and saute until onion is golden.
Add chopped mushrooms and cook until water from mushrooms cooks away.
Add remaining ingredients and stir until well mixed.
Cook oyer low heat until mixture is thickened.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Makes enough stuffing for a 3 to 4 pound fish.
