Simmered Radishes

Ingredients
  Water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Seasoned salt 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper To Taste, freshly-ground
  Radishes 20 Large (about 2 bunches)
  Imitation butter flavoring 1⁄2 Teaspoon (optional)
  Wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a saucepan, put together water, salt and a generous grinding of pepper; bring the liquids to boiling.
2. Stir in radishes; cover and cook for about 8 minutes until radishes are crisp-tender; drain well.

FINALISING
3. In a bowl, place the radishes and add flavouring and vinegar; toss lightly.

SERVING
4. Serve Simmered Radishes with any main dish.
