Spiced Vegetables

Ingredients
  Cauliflower 1 Medium
  Dried onion flakes 1 Tablespoon
  Celery ribs 2 , chopped
  Green pepper 1⁄2 , seeded, diced
  Parsley flakes 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cucumber pickle 1
  Aromat 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Artificial liquid sweetener 1 Teaspoon
  Mild prepared mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Radishes 4 , sliced
Directions

MAKING
1. In a saucepan, boil salted water and add cauliflower and onion; boil for 15 minutes.
2. Drain and chop the cauliflower.

FINALISING
3. In a bowl, mix chopped cauliflower with remaining ingredients.
4. Refrigerate until well chilled.

SERVING
5. Serve Spiced Vegetables as a side dish with meat on a party.
