Vegetable Chop Chop
|Tomatoes||2 Cup (32 tbs), coarsely-chopped|
|Onion||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Green pepper||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Artificial sweetener||1 Gram (To Equal 2 Teaspoons Sugar)|
|Celery seeds||1 Teaspoon|
|Black pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
1. In a glass bowl, mix tomato, onion and green pepper.
2. In another bowl, mix remaining ingredients for dressing.
3. Add dressing to the tomato mixture and toss to coat.
4. Refrigerate until chilled thoroughly.
5. Serve as side dish with meat.
