Grilled Vegetables In Foil

Ingredients
  Fresh green beans 1⁄2 Pound, cut in 1-inch pieces
  Tomatoes 2 , sliced
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), softened
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Prepared mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Prepared horseradish 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
Directions

MAKING
1. In a pan of little boiling water cook green beans for 10 minutes and drain.
2. On a large, double-thick square of foil place drained beans and top with tomato slices.
3. In a bowl combine chopped onion, butter, brown sugar, salt, mustard, horseradish and pepper and beat till fluffy.
4. Dot onion-butter mixture over green beans and tomatoes and wrap vegetables tightly in foil, sealing edges.
5. Over medium-hot coals cook vegetables 30 to 35 minutes.

SERVING
6. Serve the vegetables hot alongside meats.
