Shallots And Tomatoes

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 3 Large, peeled and sliced (Beefsteak Type)
  Shallots 2 , finely diced
  Chopped fresh parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Basil vinegar/1 pinch crushed basil and 1 tablespoon cider vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1 In a bowl, put the tomatoes and sprinkle with shallots.
2 Add in the remaining ingredients and mix well.

SERVING
3 Chill and serve.
