Fried Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
  Dark corn syrup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sweet potatoes 1 Pound, peeled and sliced
  Oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan, simmer the corn syrup for 10 minutes.
2) In a skillet, heat the oil and fry the sweet potatoes in it until browned.

SERVING
3) Arrange the sweet potatoes on the serving dish and pour the syrup over them.
