Creamy Vegetable Medley
|Frozen broccoli carrot cauliflower blend||16 Ounce (1 package)|
|Condensed cream of mushroom soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce, undiluted (1 Can)|
|Shredded swiss cheese||4 Ounce, divided (1 Cup)|
|Sour cream||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Diced pimientos||2 Ounce, drained (1 Jar)|
|Canned french fried onions||2 3⁄4 Ounce, divided (1 Can)|
In a bowl, combine the vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pimientos, salt, pepper and half of the onions.
Pour into a greased 1-1/2-qt baking dish.
Cover and bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes or until the edges are browned.
Uncover; sprinkle with the remaining cheese and onions.
Bake 5 minutes longer or until the cheese is melted.
