Sweet'N Sour Capsicums

Ingredients
  Capsicums 6 Medium, cut into quarters
  Unpeeled potato 1 Large, cut into pieces
  Sliced onion 1 Medium
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Turmeric 1⁄6 Teaspoon
  Coriander powder 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Oil 4 Tablespoon
  Tamarind water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), mixed with jaggery
  Jaggery 2 Tablespoon (Or Walnut Sized Lump Piece)
  Salt To Taste
  Cumin seed powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground garlic 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Heat oil, put in onions and masala, fry well for 2-3 mins.
Put in potatoes, capsicums and salt) add in 1 cup hot water, cover and simmer for 10 mins., or till potatoes are done.
Add in tamarind water, simmer 5 mins longer.
