Slimming Salad

Ingredients
  Lettuce 1 Large, cleaned (Preferably Iceberg)
  Radish 6 , sliced
  Cucumber 1 Small, sliced, don’t peel
  Onions spring 4 , sliced
  Pepper 1 Small, diced (Red Or Green)
  Cream cheese 2 Ounce
  Yoghurt 4 Tablespoon, beaten
  Black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon, freshly ground
  Onion juice 1 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Tear lettuce in small pieces and arrange it in a salad bowl.

MAKING
2) In other mixing bowl, mix radish, cucumber onions, pepper with the cream cheese.
3) Blend together onion juice, yoghurt and ground pepper. Add to the mixing bowl.

SERVING
4) Pile on the top of lettuce.
