Sausage And Broccoli Baked Potatoes
|Large baking potatoes||32 Ounce, scrubbed and pierced with a fork (4 Pieces, 8 Ounces Each)|
|Frozen cut broccoli||10 Ounce, thawed (1 Box)|
|Fully cooked sausage links||8 , sliced|
|Cream cheese||4 Ounce (1/2 Cup)|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||4 Ounce (1 Cup)|
1. Place oven rack in top third of oven. Heat oven to 450°F.
2. Cook potatoes in microwave at high power for 15 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, in a nonstick medium skillet over medium heat, cook broccoli and sausage until sausage is browned, about 4 minutes. Stir in cream cheese, and heat, stirring, until melted. Stir in cheddar and remove pan from the heat.
4. Place potatoes on a large baking sheet. Cut a slit in each and press ends to split open. Using a fork, flake the inside of potato slightly. Spoon filling into each potato and bake until filling is golden and bubbly, about 10 minutes.
