Ingredients
  Carrots 1 , julienned
  Stalk celery 1 Small, julienned
  Turnips 2 Small, julienned
  Green beans 1⁄2 Pound
  Zucchini 3 Small, julienned
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Watercress 3 Ounce, cleaned
  Unsalted butter 1 Tablespoon
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a wok heat oil and butter.
2) Put carrot, celery, turnips and beans.
3) Cook over high heat, stirring constantly.

FINALIZING
4) Check, if cooked add zucchini and season with salt.
5) Cook for 1-2 minutes more stirring continuously.

SERVING
6) Just before serving add watercress. serve immediately
