Quick Rhubarb Royale
|Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Rhubarb sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sweetened|
|Pecans/Walnuts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Coconut||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), shredded|
1) In a bowl, blend the margarine and sugar together.
2) Stir in the rhubarb sauce, blend well.
3) Stir in the pecans or walnuts and coconut, mix thoroughly.
4) Use the frosting to spread on cake or graham crackers and broil until slightly browned.
