Stuffed Celery Sticks
|Demi sel cheese||9 Ounce (3 Packets)|
|Roquefort cheese||4 Ounce (100 Gram)|
|Paprika pepper||To Taste|
1) Wash and clean celery stalks thoroughly in cold water.
2) Trim the leafy ends and base.
3) In a bowl beat cheese and cream together.
4) Spoon hollow celery stalks with this cheese filling.
5) Sprinkle little paprika pepper over it.
6) Cut crosswise into 1 1/2-inch (3-cm) pieces.
7) Pass as an appetizer with drinks.
