Saucy Vegetable Medley
|Condensed cream of chicken soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Water||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Sharp cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded|
|Parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Instant minced onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Frozen vegetables||10 Ounce, cooked and drained (1 Package)|
1. In a large saucepan or casserole, blend together first 6 ingredients.
2. Add the frozen vegetables to it.
3. Place on a medium low flame and simmer, stirring once in a while until vegetables are cooked and sauce is thick and bubbly.
4. Serve the Saucy Vegetables Medley hot over rice or noodles.
